The Future’s Bright
I think I may have cracked it – the shopping conundrum that is – not Brexit or anything so useful but what to buy that will work just as well now as into the autumn. And the answer – anything bright. Not only is colour perfect for when the sun shines, but even better, the catwalks were awash with brights – yellow was big for the autumn but so were other hues. Wear head to toe for an on-trend colour blocking look or mix with other brights and neutrals to create multiple versatile looks.
Sunny Side Up
With shorts now, jeans later or even under a blazer for a night out.
Pair with white or denim crops now and then go for the leather later.
Perfect with a tee and sandals and then a knit and long boots.
Another beauty with a cami or sweater.
Wear with denim or tailoring, this will be the answer to cooler mornings and evenings. Plus in a heavy weight jersey this isn’t too formal that you can’t dress down.
The perfect balance between bright and summery and a nod to the autumn ahead. Wear with cropped trousers or denim, tailoring, skirts – casually or to the office, these are a great, wearable heel height.
A Pop of Pink
A tee/cami and denim jacket will work just as well with this as the tonal knit. It also come in another on-trend shade of conker so you can do shades of neutrals.
Wear now with a tee and then swap for a knit when it cools.
&Other Stories also has a similar style for £65
Love this top which will be a versatile addition to your wardrobe working with skirts, denim and trousers alike and is something you can dress up or down.
Wear with bare legs now and layer over leather leggings or tights and long boots later.
This comes in lots of colours but is gorgeous in blue.
Style with trainers for now and bare legs. Add a leather jacket and black boots when the weather turns.
Bob’s your uncle – transitional dressing sorted.
